Our "100% Customer Satisfaction Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  • 1. Products that you received in the "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.

  • 2. Products is Wrong Product.

  • 3. For return Query contact on call or WhatsApp on +919328347356 (shop time 10-6 Monday- Friday)
  • 4. please including your order number and reason for return
  • 5. In Above 2 - 3 Condition We will accept return with in 2 -3 days after delivered product. and once we will get the product return back then we will initiate refund with in 2 - 3 working days
  • 6. If Any Customer Order His choice size and same size was not come so we can exchange easy, Customized sized no return accept , Size issue so we can exchange same product.

How to Return an order?

 Customer Want Return By Self with Any Courier.

Important Note :

The customer should Return a courier within 2 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the return Request. 

Stitched pcs can't return or cancel in any condition

Refund Policy :

When We receive Courier, In 3-4 Days We Are Transfer Money To the Customer`s Bank Accounts Thru NEFT.

(Write your Bank Account Num. & IFSC code on Paper & Keep that paper Inside the Return Parcel Package With ORDER SLIP.)

Note :  Once you Receive parcel then after please take a video of parcel while open it.

Without Opening Video No Complain Accepted

Also Deducted 250 Rs For Shipping Charge From Total Amount And Remaining Amount Get Refund

 

Note: No return Accepted In Minor Color Variation

          No Return Accepted In Case Customer Not Like Quality ( Product Is Same As a Real Image )
